2. W-4 Employee’s Withholding Certificate: Complete and submit your W-4 Form for tax withholding.

3. Secure Document Submission: To protect your personal information, please use this secure link to upload any sensitive documents directly to our team.

Payment Options for Tips and Pre-Payroll Payments

Please share your preferred digital payment method(s), such as CashApp or Venmo, to simplify tips and other pre-payroll payments. Your digital payment methods will be added to our digital business card.
