Service prices start from $17 for a basic manicure up to $288 for a full body wax.
No. PNL&Co. specializes in natural nail services only — no acrylics, ever. Our focus is on BIAB, builder gel, Gel-X, gel manicures, Russian manicure technique, and other natural nail enhancement methods.
Yes! We have several roles that do not require a license or certification, including Nail Technician Assistant, Salon Coordinator / Receptionist, Floor Lead, and General Manager. You can apply to these positions before you graduate or have your license. Once you're licensed, you can advance into a full technician role.
For technicians, PNL&Co. has a structured tiered advancement system: Emerging → Intermediate → Master, with corresponding compensation growth at each level. Advancement is based on demonstrated skill, client retention, and performance metrics. For Nail Technician Assistants, there's a clear pathway to advance into a full Nail Technician role as skills and licensure develop. Floor Leads are the direct pipeline to General Manager consideration.
PNL&Co. is open 7 days a week. Your work schedule depends on the position, the season, and the opportunities still available when you apply. We offer flexible scheduling within our operating hours and we are always hiring.
Yes — PNL&Co. maintains a professional dress code. The standard is all black attire. Technicians and assistants are required to wear fitted Cherokee Infinity scrubs (embroidered with your name), kept neat and clean at all times. Front desk staff follow a business casual standard — also all black. All team members must maintain well-manicured nails, professionally styled hair, and a polished, presentable appearance. Jewelry should be simple and professional (gold, silver, or colorful gems). Items like hoodies, jeans, Uggs, Crocs, visible non-PNL&Co. logos, and head scarves (non-religious) are not permitted. Your appearance is your calling card — how you present yourself directly impacts your business and your career.
No. PNL&Co. provides all tools and products needed to perform your services. You just need to show up ready to work.
