💳 Cancellation Fees
Late Cancellations (within 24 hours):
50% charge of scheduled service
No Call/No Show:
50% charge of scheduled service
⚠️ What Counts as Late Cancellation
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge.
Examples:
- Appointment Monday at 2:00 PM → Must cancel by Sunday 2:00 PM
- Appointment Saturday at 10:00 AM → Must cancel by Friday 10:00 AM
💳 Card on File Requirement
A valid credit card must be on file to book appointments.
This card will be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
📋 Policy Agreement
By booking with us, you have agreed to our policies, terms and conditions.
This includes acceptance of our cancellation and no-show fee structure.
