📅 Soak-Off Booking Policy
Why We Require Advance Booking
To provide you with the best possible service experience, soak-off services must be booked in advance when scheduling your appointment online.
🚫 What We DO NOT Remove
- BIAB or Gel X done at other salons
- Acrylic nails or structured manicures (from anywhere)
✅ What We DO Remove
- Gel polish (done at any salon)
- Dip powder (done at any salon)
- Hybrid powder-gel (done at any salon)
- Gel X (only if originally done at Polish Nail Lounge)
- BIAB (only if originally done at Polish Nail Lounge & Co. with specific nail techs)
💰 Soak-Off Pricing
All soak-off services start at $7 and must be added to your service booking in advance.
⚠️ Important to Know
If you arrive needing a soak-off that wasn't pre-booked:
- We may need to modify your service to fit the available time
- Your appointment may need to be rescheduled
- We'll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee the full originally-planned service
✅ How to Book Correctly
When booking online:
- Select your desired nail service
- Add soak-off service if you have existing gel, powder, or other products we can remove
- Complete your booking
- Confirm details during our confirmation call
